- Susan is our newest team member, joining us in May of 2008. She hit the ground running, and promptly took over the task of underwriting processes and membership issues, and created an efficient system for getting results. She loves the daily challenges of providing excellent customer service. A California native, Susan spends free time with her two daughters at the beach, Disneyland and traveling.
